What people ask before they begin.

Q-01Who owns the website?

You do. Your domain, your words and your photos are yours. If you ever want to move on, we hand everything over.

Q-02How does payment work?

Half to begin and half at launch. Larger commissions are split into milestones, so you only pay as the work arrives.

Q-03What happens after launch?

With Kept running we host it, keep it updated and make changes whenever you ask. If you would rather run it yourself, we hand it over with a short walkthrough.

Q-04Can you work with my current site?

Yes. We can redesign what you have or move it from Wix, Squarespace, Webflow or WordPress, keeping your content and your address.

Q-05How long does it take?

Most launch pages take 2 to 3 weeks and most websites 4 to 8. Larger work gets a schedule we set together before anything starts.

Q-06Do you only work in San Luis Obispo?

No. We are based here, and we work with businesses anywhere in the United States over video calls.
